Whether or not the rest of the town likes it, there's a fantastic junk artist there who has a lot of really weird commentaries on politicians, both local and national.
For me, it's a highlight of my trip to see all these metal sculptures rotating in the wind along the highway on the east side of town. The latest addition to that section was a huge painted sign along the fence that said: "M.T. IS QUEER". To see the entire "museum" requires only a side-trip of about three blocks to the north. I guess this place was featured once on Roadside America, much to the chagrin of the other locals.
